Based on the principles of Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, theatre practitioners will be lead through an approach to yoga that is not just about stretch and strength, but focuses on concentration and opening up to deep sensory awareness. No experience is necessary and there is no requirement for full mobility/motility in order to participate. A few mats will be provided, but if you can bring your own or even a towel, that would be great!
