Region 8 is thrilled to offer “Integrity in Responding: Upholding the RED Initiative in your Responses” virtually this summer. This supplemental anti-bias training was developed during the 2021-2022 academic year as another step to implement the national KCACTF RED (Representation, Equity and Diversity) initiative in our region and; to enhance participants knowledge and invite discussion about this work, and ensure that the vital work we do as respondents is also reflective of the RED initiative.

We are offering four sessions; July 23, July 30, August 15 and August 20, 2022 (see below for times and registration links). The sessions are 2 ½ hours long and participants only need to attend one. We hope that all Region 8 board members and respondents will take time out of your busy schedules to attend a session. Members of the National KCACTF board are also welcome to attend any of the sessions. Certificates of completion will be awarded to those that complete a session.
